We collect information you provide when creating an account, building forms, and submitting responses. This includes your name, email address, and any data entered into forms.
We use your information to provide and improve the Drift service, send transactional emails (verification, notifications, workflow invitations), and process payments through Stripe.
Your data is stored on servers in the EU (Frankfurt). Form submission data is encrypted in transit via TLS. OAuth tokens for integrations are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting). Each has their own privacy policy.
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time through your account settings. Form creators can export all submission data. You may request complete account deletion from the settings page.
We use essential cookies for authentication sessions only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
