Drift is a forms platform that allows you to create, share, and manage forms, collect submissions, and process payments. We offer free and paid plans with different feature limits.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account credentials with others.
You may not use Drift to collect information in violation of applicable laws, send spam, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.
You retain ownership of all content you create and data you collect through Drift. We do not claim ownership of your forms, submissions, or other content.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Drift is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
